Scam

Liked: This hotel is a scam. Don't book here. I made a reservation for this hotel at Booking.com. The room was confirmed and my card was charged. I was told check-in would be after 12pm and was given a key code to the building. I arrived around 4 and the code I was given didn't work. I texted hotel staff and they said they'd be there to let me check-in shortly - but never arrived or got back to me the rest of the night. Other than to say they'd give me a refund which they didn't do. I complained to Booking.com and they said they'd told the hotel to give me a refund in 30 days. It's now been over 30 days and I still haven't gotten my refund.
Disliked: That they scammed me.

Horrible

Liked: Honestly, it was very bad. It felt like a scam. The only acceptable thing was the location.
Disliked: The staff did not open the door for us, their phone number does not work, we tried calling like 50 times. Another person who was also staying there finally opened the door ( just a coincidence). The wifi did not work. The sheets were not very clean, the staff only replied via whats app. They barely gave us one roll of paper towel, the bathroom door did not close properly, the beds were not very steady. Overall horrible, I will not be using booking.com again it just feels like a scam overall. I will be requesting my money back for sure.

We could never get into...

Not worth the place

Liked: Location was good. Close to the metrobus and walking distance from several restaurants and Zona Rosa.
Disliked: Attention from the front desk (never in the front desk). I never saw a person and when I tried to call they forced me to chat via Whatsapp and took around 40 minutes to get me access to the location while I was waiting at night in the street. The light in my room and hot water never worked in my room.
