Liked: The location is perfect for exploring.Lots of local cafes and restaurants (Royal Vendome is great and staff are super friendly).Hotel staff are lovely and the room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: Breakfast room can become a little busy but room service for breakfast is free so just eat in your room.

Superb

Liked: Wonderful room - bigger than most European hotels, great central location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You could feel they really wanted us to enjoy our stay.
Disliked: Housekeeping was a little lax on replenishing toilet paper and facial tissue but a quick call to reception and they remedied that.

What a waste of money!

Liked: I liked the location ONLY.
Disliked: It was a really bad experience! We found left over poop on the side of the bathtub!!! We called the to come and clean it and they came the next day to clean it and left their cleaning towels above our makeup brushes! We called them and told them but there was no action from their behalf!The vanity stand was broken! The coffee machine was also broken !The but the sheets above the clothes without bothering them selves to remove the clothes from the bed ! I will never come back ! And will never recommend it to anyone!

Liked: The hotel was nice, room was large and decorated nicely. The champagne I was greeted with at check in was excellent. It was located at Place Vendôme, walking distance to many things.
