Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, even gave us a little chocolate egg for Easter which we found very nice. Would definitely stay here again

Great location & very comfortable.

Liked: Great location and very comfortable. Good quality coffee and tea available in the room that was replenished everyday. Girlfriend loved the library room.
Disliked: I'm personally not a massive fan of self chevk-in and also think 4pm is a little late. Didn't really see any staff and didn't bother ordering food as you had to do so 24hrs in advance via email. No menus in the room and felt they weren't interested in doing food.
