Liked: food was good but change the sausage maker, to bland. the traffic noise was a little over powering at times. overall a good place to rest your head for the night.
Disliked: sound insulation in bedrooms.

Liked: Dinner was excellent - with very informative waiter service. Breakfast was pretty good - with very attentive waiter service.

Liked: It was immaculate - extremely well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. The breakfast was great, enjoyed with a great view and the whole stay represented great value for money.

Liked: Venetian Suite was lovely.Nicely decorated.Close to Cardiff but location and the hotel grounds made us feel far away from the city. We would be happy to stay again.
Disliked: It would be nice if there was some real aleavailable.
