Disliked: unfortunately housekeeping started early and woke us at 6.45am constantly walking up and down the corridor outside our room …..very noisy

Disliked: the hotel obviously hadn’t stayed in the room themselves. the toilet flush was broken. the sofa needed replacing, the bed was really small, there were no wine glasses

Disliked: The room was more style over substance - glass door to bathroom means too much light in bedroom, constant noisy extractor fan with inaccessible on/off switch would mean disturbed sleep ( helpful staff fixed problem but had to stand on stool to reach switch, not something you should expect your guests to do! )
