Couldn’t be better value for...

Liked: The place was amazing value for money. We stayed in the deluxe double room and it was so beautiful and so much bigger than expected. Really couldnt fault it we were so surprised with how good it was. The spa is lovely too
Disliked: The only issue we had was no coffee other than filter coffee being included in the breakfast and having to pay extra. We also found the porridge extremely salty which was a bit odd.

Disliked: As with many hotels only 1 chair in the room.This means 1 person using the bed. Two chairs please!

Liked: I booked this for my daughter and her partner, they loved it everything. The room that what they were given far exceeded their expectations. They want to book again next year when they are on their way to the Bike Festival just up the road from the hotel.
Disliked: They would have like just to have a swim but at the price of £20 ea for the spa etc. this was just a amount to far.

I’ll try them……just once more,...

Liked: Location, great. All staff were excellent. Service was great. Food was terrible 😳 I’ve tried both breakfast and evening meals. Heavily processed, I’m afraid. Absolutely not fresh food😩
