A very enjoyable stay in...

Liked: Room had been very recently refurbished (still smell paint) so looked stunning. Restaurant area also looked very stylish.
Disliked: Nothing

A stay which significantly exceeded...

Liked: We booked a de Luxe room which was spacious, well decorated, clean with a well appointed bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the views from the window good and we had an undisturbed night's sleep. Coffee and tea making facilities included plenty of milk and good quality biscuits. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Both were tasty and served by friendly staff.
Disliked: It was a long walk to the restaurant but along interesting and atmospheric corridors.

Disliked: got giving 2 single beds and was too busy to change our stay

What a lovely hotel, friendly...

Liked: The room was warm and cosy and was well serviced everyday. The room had character, good tv with Netflix available and a fab shower.
Disliked: It would have been better if it was made clear when booking that I had to stay in a courtyard room because of my dog, this meant an additional £60 was added to the bill.

Disliked: The stairs.
