Liked: It’s a lovely building in a great location, staff and food where great
Disliked: The room was small and the bed had a piece of foam sponge as a “topper” over the mattress when really the bed needed replacing.I’ve heard and read excellent reviews on this hotel and I think this problem was an oversight

Disliked: I personally struggled with not being able to have a window open. Lucky it wasn't a hot night.
