Disliked: wifi didn’t work at all in the upper floor, and there wasn’t any AC in the rooms as advertised. The location was slightly out of town but not too bad

Sad and very run down...

Liked: The house is architecturally nice looking, with beautiful staircase and light fixtures in the TV room and hall way. We were very pleased to have a room of our own.
Disliked: Everything seemed to be broken. The fridge leaked like it was raining. ( no one thought to put a bowl under the leak and empty it each day). Instead they just put towels at the base to be continually mopping it up useless, and it means the water all over everyone's food. The laundry has 1 washing machine that works and 1 dryer for the whole place. Total of 3 toilets for all the rooms, and 3 showers. The showers are terribly leaky all over the floor, and onto the carpet in the hallway.One of the fire exits upstairs is through another bedroom, and it was difficult to keep the smoke stop door on the top floor shut, as people kept wedging it open. The listing is that it is accessible on ground floor, but they forgot to add that there are 11 steps to the front door and at 2 steps to the back door. This is NOT an accessible place. The window in the upstairs toilet is not allowed to be opened. It is such a pity that no one cares about this place, as it has such a lot of stylish features.

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good, it is right in the center of the city and you can walk to some famous attractions or museums.
Disliked: Their facilities are old and the hygiene is so bad that the hotel really needs a major overhaul. And the photos they provided must be from a long time ago.

Liked: Only the location was good
Disliked: The room was so messed up and smelly and dirty. It was a shared bunk and the other 2 guests had occupied entire room and had their stuff all over the floor. Tissue papers, liquor bottles, pizza boxes all thrown on the floor. The staff said will inform and get it cleaned but nothing happened.Door handle was broken, bathroom tap was broken, building in a very bad state, high time to very it repaired. For the price we paid we expected minimal decent place.

Liked: I like staff are very friendly and we felt welcome by them.
Disliked: The driveway has some holes to be filled in order for any vehicle to drive through, especially when having luggage as it is too long and high to walk up and down.
