Very comfortable stay. Great breakfast....

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable and towels fluffy, fresh and clean.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: It was very easy to hear your fellow guests!

Two flights of stairs keeps...

Liked: Comfy room and bed. Nice and clean Usual tea coffee and biscuits nothing exciting or different.
Disliked: Room was warm not even a fan to use and windows were only allowed to open 3inches. No blinds. No fridge in room.

Liked: Very spacious room, very comfortable bed. Excellent cocktails.
Disliked: It was a very hot day so they should have closed the curtains to stop the heat coming in.

Liked: Spotlessly clean rooms in a quiet location a 5 minute walk through a park to the superb beachfront - and 10 minutes walk to the train/bus links.The ensuite bathroom was big - makes a change when so many hotels even in this price bracket are the size of shoeboxes.I especially liked the tiny lift - essential after a busy day walking the south west coastal path !Friendly & efficient management.Highly recommended even for those thinking of staying in nearby Exeter.
