Liked: The staff are so friendly stayed 4 times now the location for town or seafront is perfect
Disliked: Showers have no pressure and very little portions of tea coffee and milk in room check out Is also too early at 10am

Hotel was adequate for our...

Liked: Staff were very welcoming/hospitable. Room was small but was adequate for our 3 day stay in Exmouth. Tea/coffee facilities provided in room.. Good selection of food provided for breakfast , cereal, yogurts , croissants/pastries and fruit but scrambled eggs were served on its own on plate, when I asked for scrambled egg on toast.

Convenient clean and inexpensive

Disliked: Parking a bit difficult but I did find road parking
