Liked: The hotel is modest and inexpensive the staff go absolutely out of their way to ensure your staff is nothing short of 1st class. The minute you set foot in the hotel, check in is fast and efficient and room is available immediately. Plenty of tea coffee toiletries. Free upgradation of room.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: Great location, near shops restaurants and Earl's court tube station. You can take Piccadilly direct to heathrow. The gentleman at the reception Osama changed my room to ensuite free of charge. I was pleasantly surprised with their service this was my second day in this hotel.

Disliked: This is hands down the most depressing accommodation I have ever stayed in. It is not a happy place.But for the price I paid and the location none of this came as a surprise to me. Please only stay here in an absolute emergency. Don’t stay here by choice. And definitely not if you are on holiday.

Disliked: Really noisey heating system keeps you awake all night until. You turn it off.

Disliked: Hotel reception took an hour to respond to me about checking in. I waited in an empty lobby for 1 hr. Called 2 different numbers listed, emailed, and messaged the hotel. No answer until 1 hr later. I had to rebook another hotel because of my tight schedule (there are plenty of other affordable options in the area).I was warned that reception staff is barely there by other guests I met in the lobby.

Liked: The room was ok quite big for a small room and quite clean The location is nice
Disliked: The building has potential but is outdated The room had only a small heater which was not enough I tried to find a new one but the reception is always empty

Liked: Great location! Near shops, restaurants and tube station.Clean and comfortable place to rest during your travels with great value for money. Staff friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay again on my next visit to London.
Disliked: Just the blinds need a bit of fixing to align properly, but not a big deal.
