Perfect for our needs.

Liked: Large room with good shower. Ideal for short stay in a lovely area of the country.Super host. Ample and enjoyable breakfast.
Disliked: Small tv.

Lovely place, easy and relaxed...

Liked: the peace of the location and the house itself, and the little extra things that makes one feel welcome - eg. fruit and chocs in the room. And lovely fresh breakfast.
Disliked: an update of shower

Excellent B and B hospitality...

Liked: A stop over at the Moat Farm Oast House is a real delight with great comfort in King sized bedroom and an Award winning breakfast from Landlady of Year winner Katie. We loved our Stay on July 12th and chance to do local walks and familiar sea coast .Icklesham village is a rare jewel in the crown. Massive local East Sussex car boot every second Sunday that is worth making journey. Really exceptional hospitality and recommended.
Disliked: Road safety every where along main Rye/Hastings A 259 is vital to understand for all astute tourists and local daily travellers.
