Liked: A stop over at the Moat Farm Oast House is a real delight with great comfort in King sized bedroom and an Award winning breakfast from Landlady of Year winner Katie. We loved our Stay on July 12th and chance to do local walks and familiar sea coast .Icklesham village is a rare jewel in the crown. Massive local East Sussex car boot every second Sunday that is worth making journey. Really exceptional hospitality and recommended.
Disliked: Road safety every where along main Rye/Hastings A 259 is vital to understand for all astute tourists and local daily travellers.

I wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: Breakfasts were good. Kate helpful and pleasant. Close to excellent pub
Disliked: Unacceptably dirty. The bathroom in particular was terrible

Really charming home from home

Liked: Lovely host who did everything to ensure our stay was comfortable. Good room with all the facilities we needed. Very peaceful location and great breakfast too.
