Disliked: They shouldn’t allow people in the breakfast room in bathrobe. It is really disgusting to see.

Disliked: I’m very sorry to have to write this, but when I arrived at the hotel on June 19, 2025, I was asked to pay a deposit of 1000 DKK (which is over 6000 TRY in my local currency) for luggage storage. I was told this would be refunded at check-out and that the amount wasn’t actually charged, but only pre-authorized.However, today is July 18, 2025 — exactly one month later — and the amount has not been refunded. In fact, it was fully charged to my account.When I contacted my bank, I was informed that pre-authorization (or provisional holds) can only be done with credit cards, not with debit cards. I made the payment with a debit card, which means the amount was indeed charged and not held as a pre-authorization.In summary, the payment that was described as a refundable deposit or a pre-authorization has not been returned to me. I’ve sent three messages via WhatsApp to the hotel, but nothing has been done to resolve the issue.

Nice but I think beyond...

Liked: The staff were so lovely and helpful and friendly. The sustainability focus is wonderful. Location was really good.
Disliked: I think the suite was not at all value for money. The bathroom was very small, awkward and not practical, super disappointing. The space was just awkward and not in any way what I would have expected based on similar hotels and that price point.

Liked: Decent location and the pool area has a great vibe.
Disliked: Service was well below standard for a five star hotel that charges at this rate. The air conditioning wasn’t working on our first night so we had to change rooms when arriving at 1am. Whilst the issue was fixed quickly, we received no compensation for this. When we were relocated to our room, it had a balcony which was covered with spiders and flies. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. The staff were below standard for a hotel of this calibre, it reminded me of my hostel days during university. Whilst non-exhaustive, one example is when I asked if cutlery could be provided they told me to go ask the restaurant myself.

Great pool and sauna!

Liked: The swimming pool and sauna are really good. The bed is comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel seems old and not refurbished. the location is not so great. They should improve the cleaning around pool and in the rooms

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Manon les Suites—truly a hidden gem in the heart of Copenhagen. The spacious suite offered the perfect blend of comfort and chic design, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a stylish home away from home. One of the highlights was the lush, exotic indoor pool that felt like stepping into a tropical oasis—so serene and beautifully designed. I also loved the upstairs sauna and wellness area, which provided the ideal space to unwind after a day exploring the city. A perfect urban retreat with a soul.
Disliked: There were a couple of things that could be improved. The reception area felt quite tight and congested, especially during check-in hours, which took away from the otherwise calming atmosphere. I also found myself wishing the pool water was just a bit warmer to fully enjoy the experience. That said, the hotel’s unique vibe and stylish comfort still made it a memorable and refreshing stay.
