Good price and location.

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: Elevators are slow and there’s no security swipe for the elevators, anyone can access any floor.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Liked: It was exceptional. The only that would have made it better is if the pool were accessible during my stay.
Disliked: The pool could have been accessible, and ice machines could have been more convenient.

Liked: The location was great, walking distance from the heart of downtown. Staff were friendly,. The room was clean and spacious. I especially loved the towel abundance!
Disliked: The room wasn't soundproof, the noise from the street could be heard loud and clear. The AC was making an annoying sound which disturbed my sleep. The elevator was quite slow.

It's all about location

Liked: Location is walkable to many sites, museums, and restaurants. Great restaurant right in the hotel.
Disliked: Request a room not above the street (lots of noise). Street construction made car driving very difficult.

We had lovely stay in...

Liked: All amenities are of a high standard. Bed comfortable. Bathroom well appointed. Big dresser in room for all the bits you accumulate in 4 days. Centrally located in Old Quebec. Easy walking to all the sites, shops and restaurants. Short walk to railway station to Montreal. Car hire office in building with pickup in hotel car park. Laundry a short walk to Rue St Ursule. Breakfast buffet high standard.
Disliked: That I had to carry my heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs to reception at midnight.
