Liked: Location was great, it walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Our kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the sauna! Breakfast was plentiful, loads of options and fresh. Staff were helpful and provided tips and advice. Rooms were clean and beds were relatively comfortable.
Disliked: We were charged 2 different prices for breakfast (our kids' ages didn't change while we were there). There is a fair amount of stairs to walk up when you arrive and we had 4 suitcases. However, when we checked out, there were people to assist with our bags going down. We must have missed them when we arrived.

Liked: We were 2 families and the hotel offers to us 2 rooms with the internal door between the rooms
Disliked: Will be better for sauna and pool to be open later then 10.00 pm specially inthe winter time.

Liked: Very nice lobby and room. Everything was very clean.
Disliked: The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, but I can't say the same for the restaurant staff. There were 2 different servers that were very rude and angry for no reason at all, even though the restaurant wasn't even busy at the time. The service fee was included in the bill so I was forced to tip for the bad service.

Liked: Great location in Vieux (Old) Quebec; walking distance to everything you want to see in the old town.Check-in and check-out were very smooth & easy. The concierge was very welcoming.Love the Chez Boulay Deli for a quick/to-go croissant in the morning. Overall, it's very comfortable and convenient to stay in this hotel.
Disliked: The entrance was kinda weird, it's a lower level and you have to walk up the stairs to the lobby. People with accessibility issues would find this very difficult. I know that most hotels in North America & Europe use bed runners, but I just find them dirty and not appealing at all. This is not specific to this hotel.
