Great location, not the best...

Liked: Great location, staff were friendly, decent size room.
Disliked: Only stroller friendly route was through the garage! Breakfast was misleading because it excluded taxes

Disliked: Swimming pool and fitness room were closed for renovation.. I was emailed to say they would be open by our 3 day stay. Another email arrived with the English version still saying it would be open, only the French version said it was going to be closed still. Aa bit of a mistake by the staff sending the emails. Room was also not ready by 4pm checking do had to wait in reception. Could not get booked into the restaurant for dinner at 6pm but we could eat at the bar at 7pm. We were directed to the street out the back with a huge number of restaurants. We decided there and then to not have dinner or breakfasts in the hotel for our 3 nights.. Their loss.
