A great place to stay. Clean; friendly and it has a 30's style which is fun.

Liked: Clean; friendly; great modern bathrooms for such an old hotel.
Disliked: Smelly in hallway. I think one of those fake smell things was plugged into the wall. I prefer fresh air.

Their hospitality exceeds our expectations!!...

Liked: The building inside and outside is Victorian, organized and clean. Breakfast was great in the fabulous dining room. Coffee is available 24 hrs. And most of all, staff are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It doesn’t have an elevator, so you need to carry your luggage up and down, and at times, people are noisy outside at night.

Great location and lovely staff...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location in a nice neighbourhood, close to the metro and buses. The staff were SO lovely - nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast was good and the 'living room' area was very relaxing, with free drinks. The bedroom was comfortable and water pressure was good.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Superb

Liked: Loved everything about the house. Old world charm. Great friendly staff could have stayed longer but after 7 days had to depart for next stage of adventure. Sat outside in the evenings cafe table and chairs in near garden at front. Wine available at reception. Coffee and tea/hot chocolate available all day. Surprised at how quiet location was as it is situated just off main road. Walked everywhere so great location for our stay.Breakfast pastries/croissant
Disliked: Nice breakfast but because we stayed for a week it was repetitive would have loved some whole fruit.
