A great place to stay. Clean; friendly and it has a 30's style which is fun.

Liked: Clean; friendly; great modern bathrooms for such an old hotel.
Disliked: Smelly in hallway. I think one of those fake smell things was plugged into the wall. I prefer fresh air.

Very good

Liked: Victorian style interior, impressive wood carving and deco in especially in public rooms.Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfastVery clean.
Disliked: Traffic noise in our bedroom as the hotel fronts onto a very busy road.

Very good

Liked: Nice large and comfortable rooms, the staff were excellent and charming, the hotel had a real Parisian feel to it
Disliked: Steps leading up to the hotel are a bit tricky when carrying heavy luggage and the breakfast was a bit basic
