Disliked: Extremely Disappointed – Not Suitable for Families at AllI stayed at Manoir d’Youville with my 1-year-old baby, and the experience was beyond frustrating and stressful. I was given a room without a bathroom, fridge, or microwave — something that was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process.I couldn’t warm my baby’s milk, store it safely, or even take him to the bathroom inside the room. Every single time we needed to use the washroom or take a shower, we had to leave the room and go out — which is extremely difficult and uncomfortable when you're alone with a small child. I couldn’t even go to the bathroom by myself because I have no choice but to carry my baby with me everywhere.I reached out to customer service immediately, but no one helped in time or took the situation seriously. I clearly explained how difficult this was, especially with a 1-year-old, but I was left to manage everything on my own.This hotel is absolutely not family-friendly and certainly not suitable for parents traveling with young children. I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of basic amenities and compassion from the staff.Please be cautious before booking, especially if you have children or expect even a basic level of comfort and hygiene.
