highly recommend - deserves better...

Liked: Very well decorated; extremely clean; super quiet; friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: It wasn't a problem for us, but there are stairs to reach the rooms

Liked: Was clean stayed at the penthouse, was quiet and a very good sleep.
Disliked: No restaurant or bar service like it says on the ad. Other then that great stay.

Liked: Interior decor and ambience charming. Well located for drive Quebec to Montreal
Disliked: Difficult to know how to regulate room temperature. No meal or snack service on our overnight visit which we thought might be included in final confirmation email. Also like many tourist accommodations not enough space to hang towels
