Very good

Liked: Room excellent, comfortable, spacious. Bathroom also excellent. Restaurant menu gave good options for vegetarians.Pay-for breakfast items of very high quality. Continental breakfast of equal high quality.Staff very helpful with overnight cycle storage.
Disliked: Restaurant closed too early: 7.45 pm, which made my experience seem rushed. Hotel signage made finding Reception frustratingly difficult. Main signs are just a scrawl and difficult to read from street.

Liked: Lovely staff, so helpful, without being in any way intrusive. The room was extremely clean and well provided, having iron and ironing board. Excellent location near the cathedral where we were singing while the choristers were on holiday. I liked the accessibility - the front door being open all day.
Disliked: The only thing I felt could have been better was to have had a lift, but I understood that the hotel is a listed building, so it's being near the centre of the city made up for this. Of course the gulls made a racket - to be expected!

Liked: I stayed in Truro for a week and the Mannings Hotel fitted the bill for my stay; central location, quiet and comfortable room, with very friendly and helpful staff. A good continental breakfast and good coffee was included within my room rate and there was the option to order a variety of cooked breakfast options at an extra cost, though I did not feel the need to avail myself of this on this occasion. The room had all I needed and was very clean and serviced daily. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The gated car park had plenty of spaces and operated well. I would certainly not hesitate to stay here again.

Great city trip!

Liked: Great location for a city stay or night at the theatre. A 2 minute walk from main attractions of Truro.Friendly and accommodating staff.
Disliked: A bit noisy if you’re out the front but that’s to be expected in a city on a weekend in the summer!

Liked: Great location for hall of Cornwall and looking around Truro
Disliked: Unfortunately we felt the shower in general could have been a lot better and not impressed with a shower curtain which was a shame because the room in general was very good with an excellent housekeeping team

Liked: Location good, staff helpful.
Disliked: The building seemed a little tired. Bathroom in need of refurbishment and floors were not level. This was very apparent as bed moved as a result and freestanding wardrobe had a significant gap from the wall at its highest point.
