Good value but poor quality...

Liked: The breakfast was very good, the individual toiletries in the room were very nice.
Disliked: There was a mix-up when we arrived and were given the key to a double room when the booking clearly said a twin room. The room should have been larger, it was very cramped for two people. No windows, no views, and no fresh air -the balcony was internal- we never saw anyone using them. The bed and bed linen needs a serious review, we both injured our legs banging them on the hard wooden bed bases that protrude out with sharp corners. The tea/coffee on offer was poor quality and not becoming of a four-star hotel! When the room was serviced just one packet of biscuits and one packet of hot chocolate was provided -why? when there were two of us?

This is a beautiful hotel...

Liked: Great location close to the prom, has parking. Spotless, clean and Comfortable rooms with either a balcony or sea view.Full breakfast has a fantastic menu too.We’ve probably stayed 6 times now. It’s our hotel of choice.
Disliked: It didn’t have drambuie at the bar on this occasion, but that was a minor error.

Disliked: Was not worth the money I paid for it.

Liked: The whole hotel is just a pleasure overall, room,breakfast,bed not 1 complaint from me, And will be staying again next year

Liked: Location and cleanliness.
Disliked: Food was not worth the price they were charging really. They forgot my breakfast order on 2 mornings leaving me sitting there while others all ate around me. Ended up leaving without it twice otherwise I’d have been late for work / the ferry home. Nice enough staff, but perhaps too busy??

Lovely stay beds are comfortable...

Exceptional

Liked: Been going to.the IOM over 15 years and we always stay at the Mannin Hotel won't stay anywhere else...the staff are amazing I messed up the booking and Elizabeth sorted it without hesitation can't recommend this hotel enough we will again be booking for next year Heather and Mick Connerton xxx
