Very poor

Disliked: Since the reception was closed at 7pm, had struggled a lot to find the Room key which was kept at security gate in some box which wasn't easy to locate. No food options if you are late in evening!!!!

A quick, yet pleasant stay!

Liked: The location and facilities were ideal for our needs and being across the 'driveway' from the RQYC was ideal as it enabled us to eat breakfast with ease, before we checked out. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful, and easy to deal with. We arrived after hours, but the process to access the property and our room was super easy and stress free.
Disliked: Nothing that immediately springs to mind.

Liked: Enjoyed dinner at the yacht club next door
Disliked: We checked out very early as we had an early flight home. Left our pass key in the reception area and exited with the entry door locking behind us. Soon learned that we'd need the pass key to exit the parking lot, but could not reenter the closed and locked reception area. We were in a bit of a panic, but luckily, someone drove up behind us and let us out. It would have been nice to know this in advance.
