Good budget option

Liked: Nice neighborhood, a store and two petrol stations nearby. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Spacious room, AC working, the room is reasonably clean. Dishes, microwave, fridge and towels included, which was great.
Disliked: Loundess. Some guests didn’t respect the quiet times at night. No soundproofing. You can hear the birds screaming in the morning and the children from the kindergarten next door. Also some quests smoke at the backyard and the smoke comes inside if the bathroom AC is on.

Liked: Great location , comfortable double room , friendly staff .
Disliked: Unfortunately a few guests who chose not to follow rules and be noisy after the 9pm quiet time outside, until management spoke to them . Noisy again at 1am so disturbed sleep .

Liked: Great location, 5 mins walk to the Manly beach, 10mins walk to main streets. Literally close to everything! Well equipped, great vibe, affordable , perfect for backpacker! Friendly and helpful staff, Angus is the Cham!!! Definitely coming back if traveling Manly!
Disliked: Haven’t found any.
