Superb

Hotel was a pass, area...

Liked: Close to train station
Disliked: Room was very basic and smelled of cigarettes. Drug dealers outside door, many zombie drug addicts, prostitutes, Arab and African gangs everywhere. Locality felt dangerous.

Disappointing

Disliked: The elevator was not working properly. I had to use stairs ( 5 floors up).

I had an unpleasant stay...

Liked: The location is good near to supermarket
Disliked: I did not have a pleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The breakfast tea was very weak, and overall the quality of the breakfast was far below my expectations. Additionally, one of the staff members who was responsible for the breakfast area behaved in a very cold and emotionless manner. Her attitude was quite upsetting and disappointing, as she showed no sense of understanding or hospitality whatsoever. This negative behavior had a strong impact on my overall impression of the hotel.Because of this, I have decided that I will not book a room at this hotel again in the future. However, I must mention that the reception staff were very professional, well-organized, and friendly, which I truly appreciated.
