Good

Liked: Room was clean . Good powerful shower.
Disliked: No towel rail in bathroom. Mattress could do with an update . Only 1 teaspoon in room and no hairdryer.

Disliked: Dinner stops at 20:30 but this is not stated on the hotel web site, only restaurant closes at 21:45. Here it’s recommended to say last orders, so late arrivals don’t go hungry.

Bad

Disliked: We asked them to hold our bags for 2 or so hours, they said they couldn't be responsible for our bags. We had previously asked via email and been told yes. Our bags had valuable video equipment we couldn't leave out. We asked if we could check in early, they said no. We asked for a refund and we never got one. They did nothing to accommodate our circumstances, circumstances that are accommodated at many standard hotel chains.

Disliked: Where to start...It was above a Indians Takeaway - and the room stunk - could not open windows due to the excessive smell of Indian Food.As it was a very warm day/night this meant we did not get any sleep.As we were up most of the night we left early as couldn't wait to vacate the premises.

Disliked: Dirty room Had to move room and the power doer handle hanging off the wall Staff very rude not welcoming

Liked: The location.
Disliked: We got given keys to a room that had not been cleaned despite arriving late at night. No other rooms were available apparently. We had to wait 1h while the poor solo night shift staff was scrambling left and right to sort us out.
