Great place and great value...

Liked: Shower was amazing. Good quality towels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again without a doubt and wish we had more time to dine in. Carpark was impressive with an abundance of spaces. The TV selection was brilliant.
Disliked: It would have been good to have some bottles of water for the kettle. A few hooks in the shower room would be a good idea to hang either towels or clothes whilst showering.

Liked: Umm, They dont do breakfast but evening meal was excellant and service was prompt and polite

Disappointed from what we first...

Liked: The restaurant that was attached was wonderful, staff very attentive and food excellent. Early morning staff was helpful
Disliked: Initially on first sight it looked terrific but once in room we realised couldn’t use lift because it was always full of laundry and this was difficult as one of us was on crutches and when we did get to use lift it broke down while we were in it. We were stuck for 1 hour inn the lift with no apologies from manager. Room only had one towel and remote tv batteries flat. When we were out one day our room had been entered and toilet flush panel/button was sitting on toilet. We gave a photo. It was very unfortunate as Hotel has a lot of potential. There didn’t seem to be staff there very much to look after the hotel side of things. Thankyou

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We had no hot water on 2 days, and the room wasn't cleaned for the 5 nights we stayed. We asked for it to be cleaned but they just remade the bed without changing it, and changed the towels.
