Beautiful Hotel

Liked: The beautiful building & its location. The size of the bedroom with an excellent shower & comfy bed.The efficient, friendly & capable bar staff. The bar meal, which was so tasty.The reserved parking slot.
Disliked: A minor point...It was a bit busy with the SCADA conference people at check-in, which took a bit longer than we'd thought, given that we'd already checked in on line.

Liked: Departing after two nights
Disliked: Our room was appalingly small, it was not big enough for two adults.I had requested a room with a bath and we were given a bathroom that measured 80cms x 2,10 mtrs and a shower that measured 70x70cms.The staff were not helpful regarding this matter and were only capable of weak excuses.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and comfortable. We have no complaints.

Always a pleasure to stay...

Liked: We stay here everytime we go to see our daughter who studies at Charterhouse School. The premises are well looked after and clean, the whole place is very well maintained and conveniently located near the town center, just walking distance from nice restaurants, pubs and shops. A big plus is the parking onsite (needs reservation). The bar is really nice and the food is good too. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful.
Disliked: There is really nothing bad about this place. It is convenient, cozy and clean, you cannot go wrong.
