Simply perfect!

Liked: We love this hotel and always stay here when we visit Guildford. Everything suits us perfectly - location, parking, and always wonderful staff. We didn't have breakfast, but we used the Bar/Terrace for drinks and nibbles 2 or 3 times. We only had a double crash-pad this time, so slightly less spacious, but sill a lovely room - comfortable and well equipped.We'll be back soon !
Disliked: Not a single thing!

Amazing staff

Liked: I was worried that the hotel might be a bit corporate for a leisure break, but it wasn’t at all. We were upgraded and our room was lovely. The air conditioning was excellent due to the heat wave - we slept like logs. The best thing is the staff. They are friendly, professional and made our stay a really memorable experience.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms. Voucher for beer when you paid for >24hr car parking
Disliked: Air Conditioning unit wasn't very strong. Pillows were very think (and hence uncomfortable to sleep with)

Lovely stay in a great...

Liked: Spacious room which was spotless and very comfortable, no complaints whatsoever
Disliked: The parking at the rear of the hotel is extremely tight and small, the £20 charge to park is way too expensive. Also, they hotel is supposed to take a non-chargeable £50 hold on your bank card which isn't supposed to be charged but i found out that they had actually taken the money from my account which was not what I expected.

Perfect one night stay

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and quiet. Had a really good night's sleep. Enjoyed the fact that there is a bar and restaurant at the hotel so could have drinks and snacks and relax at the hotel when not out and about.

Liked: Staff! Very welcoming, it was a big pleasure. Massive thanks to Scarlet who helped me with all she could and even upgraded my room. Next time I'm in this area - I'll stay at this hotel only. Highly recommended.The room was very nice and clean, comfy bed, good shower. The breakfast was alright, the only thing I would suggest having - more fresh veg and fruit.
Disliked: No such thing!
