A very good stay near...

Liked: Excellent staff, particularly Joyce on reception who was full of welcoming smiles and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and took the trouble to escort us to our room. Breakfast was delicious: lots of choice, well presented and very nice surroundings

Liked: Good location. Accommodating staff who were all very pleasant and happy to help with anything. We had a nice room to stay in and reasonably priced too.
Disliked: The property does boast to have the best prices if you go to them but we found it cheaper to book through an online partner.

Nice releaxed stay in Guildford.

Liked: Friendly staff, nice accomodated rooms
Disliked: Bar was open until 23:00. We arrived back from the concert accross the street around 22:45. We could have used just 30 miniutes more.

Good place to stay in...

Liked: We were upgraded to an executive room which was lovely. It was a large room with all amenities. Parking at the hotel. Fantastic location for GLive.
Disliked: Not quite in the centre of town but it wasn't a long walk - 10-15 mins.
