Amazing hotel, staff and almond...

Liked: Everything- but a special mention does to the service which was exceptional. Alejandro was great, we felt really looked after. The concierge team made the impossible happen by getting us a booking in a restaurant that was fully booked. Nothing was too big or small a task for them. Will be back, best hotel in Madrid for sure. Amazing almond cake- don’t miss it!
Disliked: The cleaning staff cracked a cpap machine we have, it still worked and we didn’t make a formal complaint. Mistakes happen but would have been nice if they owned up to it before I noticed.
