Would not stay again

Disliked: Expected much more for the Mandarin Hotel. The kitchen could not even accommodate PANCAKES for a child. Very limited options and equally limited taste. Would not stay again.

After waiting for so long...

Liked: Breakfast was fine
Disliked: Being a MO I asked for early checkin ,1 pm had to wait an hour and a half in lounge by myself .I came in the weekend before Mother?s Day to celebrate with my daughter and couldn?t get any spa experiences together . They only had one person to do a facial , so the other person would just have to wait and Twitter her thumbs while I could get mine . Not enough people to service... Hence we had to leave the hotel and get our spa services elsewhere ... not happy ..

In general, not as good...

Liked: Staff was great
Disliked: Restaurant/bar closed early. Reception areas entry not that impressive. Views of Central Park okay but not as advertised
