Very good

Disliked: We booked two rooms for a family of 4 including kids. We were on different floors which is not good

Good facilities, yet misses the...

Liked: The room was fantastic, spacious and comfortable, with great entertainment options on the TV.Multiple pool options, and we always found available sun loungers.The free shuttle to other casinos works well and is a great plus to the experience.The location is excellent for those on foot wanting to explore the Strip, or for arriving by car. It also offers quick access to other parts of the city when driving.
Disliked: It’s supposed to be a luxury experience, but the hotel is very large, with little signage and not enough staff to assist guests. We were always helped by housekeeping staff instead.The bathtub had hair in it, and the fact that we couldn’t freely use amenities like the minibar without triggering sensors and alarms was uncomfortable.Self-parking is paid, which is fine, but pedestrian signage is poor. You can easily get lost.There is no breakfast service, and the restaurant options are expensive and poorly suited to guests, which did not improve our experience. It feels as these services are outsourced to third parties, little thought is given to the hotel guests.Pool closes too early, 7PM.

The hotel looks amazing. But...

Liked: The rooms were comfortable. Pool area is amazing.
Disliked: 1) the fact you can't put anything in the fridge is insulting. A fridge in your room you are not allowed to use as it is for their mini bar. 2) it said it had coffee making in the room. It did if you wanted to pay $16 for the cup and coffee kit - that was not advertised.3) the electronic check in was awesome.... but this meant there were no humans! If you wanted to ask a question, you had to join the check in queue which was huge and I didn't need to check in. I ended up going to the lobby at 11pm to talk to a very helpful lady when the queue was shorter.
