Liked: The housekeeping team was amazing, from the gentleman who brought us extra towels, to the ladies cleaning our room they were really nice and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Our suite was really nice.
Disliked: On arrival day, we waited in line for about 40 minutes or more to check in and there were not that many people in front of us. The front desk attendant was short in her answers and some point seem like she was frustrated or not having a good day. Our room was not ready by the time we checked in (around 4:00- 4:30 pm). She only told us to move aside and wait for a text saying that when our room was ready, and to go to kiosk to obtain our room keys. No explanation about the amenities that the hotel offered, no explanation about the housekeeping or do not disturb option in our room or explained us where the rooms was located. We felt disappointed because we saw other guest getting all the information, offers to shows etc. We had to ask the housekeeping team to give us all the information. That was not a good way to start our anniversary celebration.

Clean and Decent. But I...

Liked: Close to Airport.
Disliked: First, swimming pool was full of kids. No adults were using it at all. It was a disappointment. Second, refrigerator in the room is not usable because if you put ‘your food’ you’ll be charged $50 per stay. Third, front desk?! no picking up a call from room.

Liked: Lots of options for food
Disliked: That the coffee wasn’t complimentary. Having to get ready to go and get coffee doesn’t create the experience I’m looking for.

Nice room, decent restaurants, misleading...

Liked: The room was very spacious and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: We were not informed before our trip that the other pools were closed until March - very disappointing and misleading.
