Manchester South Hotel Sure Hotel Collection by BW

Staff were fantastic; was very comfy; two pillows per person which I loved; car parking on site which was great. The room was a little cramped but that's all I can really say bad.

Liked: Staff were amazing; easy to get to; great amenities; clean; really good for what we paid!
Disliked: Little cramped in room; no lift, although they do offer assistance.

Liked: Nothing. Hotel is not even open despite taking my booking. If it closed after my booking was made then they should have notified me
Disliked: Booked a room, got confirmation email with approval of arrival time. Turned up to be told hotel is closed and is being used for asylum seekers only! So had nowhere to stay
