Staff were fantastic; was very comfy; two pillows per person which I loved; car parking on site which was great. The room was a little cramped but that's all I can really say bad.

Liked: Nothing. Hotel is not even open despite taking my booking. If it closed after my booking was made then they should have notified me
Disliked: Booked a room, got confirmation email with approval of arrival time. Turned up to be told hotel is closed and is being used for asylum seekers only! So had nowhere to stay

Disliked: We arrived to check in at 1030pm. The reception staff told us our booking was cancelled and there were no rooms. They said there wasn't anything they could and to try another hotel. According to Booking.com our reservation was still standing. They rang another hotel (Britannia, Portland St) and said they said rooms so we should try there. We went (taxi, our own expense) and they had no rooms either, it was a bank holiday Friday night in Manchester so a lot of hotels were fully booked.TLDR: We had to find alternative accommodation for ourselves at 1130pm because of this hotel. It was a stressful and completely unnecessary experience.
