Superb

Liked: Spacious room with very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and very good toiletries. Breakfast was very nice. Area around has plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, pretty close to city center. Really liked the theme of the hotel with these wooden ceilings.
Disliked: Couldn’t open the windows. Aircon is good, but always prefer fresh air when sleeping

Liked: The staff were so warm and friendly. The location was fantastic and I loved the style of the hotel and the beds were ultra comfy.

Disliked: had to wait for a car park space which was expensive! especially when staying at the hotel. bathroom smelt awful! drains needed cleaning out

Disliked: At checkout receptionist tried to charge me 100£ for Fast Internet? wtf? I inquired about this unexplainable extra and it was taken off immediately.
