Great location, price and value...

Liked: Great location 5 minute walk to pleasure beach and few bars. Good value for money clean and cosy room, we had top floor room but was nice enough and clean facilities
Disliked: Only downside was no parking on site, we found a free parking space on the street next to us luckily but most people would have to find a pay and display car park.

All ok, comfy enough, convenient...

Liked: Convenient location for Grovesnor casino (poker tournament). Room was clean and a reasonable size, bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities provided in room. Ground floor room so no stairs, however……
Disliked: Very little shelf space or storage in bathroom. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Ground floor room in between kitchen and dining room so a bit of noise during breakfast prep and service.

Liked: Room was super cosey & felt at home. Owners were very friendly. Thanks again!

Liked: Great Location, comfy bed, good in room selection of hot drinks. Quiet and good value for money. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment.
Disliked: It's an old fashioned Blackpool Bed & Breakfast so stairs only. No big deal.
