Very nice but be careful...

Liked: View was beautiful.Room very nice as it was refurbished.Staff friendly and helpful.Great location close to the bay and several restaurants.
Disliked: Some of the public areas such as hallways need upgrading. The pool area could be lovely but again it needs an upgrade.

Liked: Staff are very friendly, Mr. Basell was very friendly, Concierge (Bellman) was very rude when I asked about trolly he didn’t even stopped and talked to me.
Disliked: Mattress in the renovated rooms are very soft hurts my wife’s back. The old rooms mattresses way better. Bellman staff need more training on how to respect the clients.
