It was a great experience...

Liked: I came as part of a conference. The first lunch we were served--the lines were very confusing and it took a long time to get food. What I truly appreciated was that the process was fixed and became smooth.
Disliked: lunch lines on the first dayBut the process was fixed showing that Hyatt cares about their guests.

Liked: Location great for seaport, Midway, Petco Park and Gaslamp.
Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days which isn’t good enough for the price paid. Pool rather overcrowded.

Liked: I like the location which is very close to most of the attractions in San Diego. It is understandable that the room that we chose was pricy due to the high occupancy rates around that time. There is 24/7-star bucks at the lobby, which is convenient for a late-night snack, however we are not Starbucks coffee fun.
Disliked: The parking was a bit crazy as the spaces are too narrow for the 4WD, and getting in and out of the gate was not easy as the room key card did not work most of the time to use at the boom gate. The room has not provided either kettle or microwave. We prefer to have at least a kettle than a coffee machine so that we can make our preferred coffee than the provided flavors capsules.
