Liked: The room was large, and there was countertop space in the bathroom, which is always a plus in Europe! Beds were comfortable and clean along with surfaces in the bedroom. Bathrooms had an ample amount of towels and toiletries, and was well lit. We had an early flight in Manchester and for what we needed it served it's purpose.
Disliked: Only one accessible plug usage for a large room. lighting was incredibly dim in the bedroom but good in the bathroom. Ceiling at room entrance was dusty and looked broken/misplaced. Ate at restaurant in hotel, wait staff need to learn how to poor liquids and manners. Water was spilled all over our table twice by 2 different waitstaff and both time they left us to clean it up, once ordered, staff never came back to check on us and I had to ask for the check multiple times. When doing check in and check out front desk staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful especially around airport shuttle information. When leaving the shuttle driver was the one to handle our payment and during checkout they didn't even mention cost, or taking payment after we had asked about times and where to get the shuttle.

they should provide towels slippers...
