Superb

A wonderful vacation in Prague

Liked: The property was near to the national museum and near a tram line and subway, had a gym (which was included in the price), and spa (which had to be paid extra).. but the location, cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were good, the rooms were wonderful.. would visit again, would recommend.
Disliked: The driveway was too tight, there was some road work/ construction going on, was a little difficult to spot..

Not recommended for family.

Liked: Reception was clean.
Disliked: Cleaning is done every 2 days only which is not easy especially with kids. Even soft cleaning (empty bins) we had to request them. The so called excellent breakfast was very basic and repetitive- exactly the same food at the same spot every single day. Staffs are also not warm at all and no one to help at the reception with luggages at arrival even if they see you have huge luggages and children.

Liked: Modern property, clean and with a play room for kids
Disliked: Not possible to open the window in the room. Room are cleaned only every two days

Liked: All good, just one night a bit noisy outside. But it is very close to center, this is normal.
Disliked: Facilities and foods are good.

Overall, very good. Meets expectations.

Liked: The location is nice and close to the center. The beds are comfortable. The property is modern and clean. The staff is welcoming and responsive.
Disliked: The rooms had no minibar, or kettle. The room is not cleaned everyday. Only towels are replaced. The water pressure in the shower is not great. The property did not have a twin room with two separate beds.

Excellent hotel with good amenities...

Liked: Excellent hotel with all facilities you need when staying with family over long weekend. We had booked 1 room apartment, very spacious, comfy beds, good furniture, & it had well equipped kitchen. Helpful staff & superb breakfast. Made good use of playroom too...Great location & connectivity. Overall had a wonderful stay at Mamaison! Highly recommended.
Disliked: Sofa bed was large but could be with more comfortable mattress. Coffee & tea was missing in the room..

Superb

Liked: Lovely staff, beautiful hotel and fantastic breakfast. Staff couldn't do enough to help us and felt at home straight away. A 20 minute quiet walk from the old town which we also enjoyed.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were on the 4th floor and although there were stickers on the two windows stating for safety the windows only opened 10cm, there were actually no safety measures at all and the windows opened fully. We had our 8 year old son with us and the window sills were only waist height. This was obviously a safety concern for all of us. I raised it on two consecutive days but it was never sorted out and we had to keep the windows shut and a very close eye on our son for the entire trip. This was frustrating and concerning. This is a major safety concern and I would hope the hotel would have taken this more seriously and prioritised a fix as soon as I raised it. In addition we had 2 awful nights sleep due to guests opposite slamming doors despite is raising this with reception twice. A shame this could not have been dealt with better as clearly these guests felt it appropriate to slam doors every 15 minutes throughout the night. It spoilt our stay and we wish the staff had dealt with this better. The room while large was a bit tired with paper peeling off the wall, wonky mirrors and some lifting carpet. We would still come back and did enjoy our stay, but just felt there were areas that would have been improved upon quite easily but the safety issue with the windows was the major concern that we never had any outcome on.
