Locatuon and facilities are good....

Liked: Location is good. The hotel is in the Old Town. The room was big. Breakfast could be better for the 5 star hotel. I could not have breakfast on the second morning, but my friend told me that there were oysters. It was on Saturday. I guess it is better on weekends. The receptionist was not very welcoming and gave me an attitude when I could not find my passport and asked if a driver's licence could work. Apparently not. But it could be said with a smile and understanding.

But it could be said with a smile and understanding. The shower was leaking. Just one little hair conditioner for two women with long hair. The charging socket is only near one side of the bed.

Liked: I love the staff at this hotel. One example of which was the excellent male trainee who kindly gave me a comprehensive and insightful list of his favourite art exhibitions in Warsaw and another was the maitre d' in the restaurant going off menu for me. It is a delightful hotel in the delightful old town and I would not stay anywhere else in Warsaw.
Disliked: Nothing
