Liked: Loved the decor, the vibe, the rooftop bar! It was ideal for us
Disliked: Service was very slow in the restaurant & bar - but staff were nice. There was only one bar of soap for your hands, hair, body and it was never replaced...

Fun times in an awesome...

Liked: Funky decor. Staff were lovely and the sixth floor bar was cool and we liked the merch shop. The vibe in the restaurant was excellent and we liked the arcade and fusball tables.

Disliked: Setup of the tables, bathroom tilesYour manager Elodie was very rude and unwelcoming, we weren’t able to order drinks before midnight despite having a room (and marketing at the hotel encouraging joining the DJ set from 8pm)

Overall experience spoiled by Amber

Liked: The location is great - quite close from everything in the center of the city without the big noise.
Disliked: The welcome that Amber gave us…… It was not client centric nor elegant. Above all, the topic has handled over the phone before arriving so I didn’t understand the lecture she had to give us - the super arrogant tone as if we were children… I felt not welcomed at all as if I was disturbing which is a big pity when you are at the “welcome desk”. I am used to travelling and trusting Mama over Europe, it is as well my second time in Toulouse but it will be my last.
