Great location

Liked: Located in the heart of Toulouse so close to local attractions. Room was fine, soundproofing worked well, bed was comfortable and shower was great.
Disliked: No hot drink making facilities in the room. Had an issue at check in where the Reception claimed they hadnt received payment for the room which was completed 2 weeks before stay. A substantial amount of money was therefore held as a deposit on my card which caused distress on my first evening. This was all sorted the morning after arrival by another Reception Staff Member.

Liked: Fun vibe, great location, comfortable bed, great restaurant
Disliked: Very poor toiletries provided, (only soap and a tiny tube of body lotion) no shampoo or conditioner, no face cloth, only one bottle of water in the fridge, no snacks of any sort, no beer or wine, no ability to make a hot drink in the room, no room service (I presume as there was no information about the hotel at all.

Liked: Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Good bars inside and rooftop. Everywhere very clean, comfy bed.
Disliked: Nothing
