Liked: So comfy, amazing staff 🤩, decor is so good, staff really helpful and lovely A salute to great management!We stay in the Mama Shelter in Shoreditch, London many times to see our son. Fantastic hotel/hospitality there as well. Love this hotel brand.
Disliked: Unfortunately - No flat, small pillows - pillows too puffed up with air, even when I tried to flatten them down 😟.Recommendation: The same hotel in Shoreditch has an excellent selection of small, comfy, flat pillows. Minor only:No fan available. I sleep better instead of making the room colder with AC.

Disliked: We booked a family room for 4, would have been nice to provide robes, slippers and pillows for all of enough, additional hooks for towels etc

Perfect hotel!!!

Liked: It’s been a long time since I haven’t experienced a hotel like this , everything was perfect!! Breakfast, dinner , drinks , the position , cleanliness , THE BED (we’ve slept so well) ! The staff was so helpful and kind, well prepared !! And also the spa !! It will be a good memory of our trip! Thank you
