Great value and location for...

Liked: The room is cleaned every day. AMAZING VIEW. Right across from the street is the red train. Good price. New facilities.
Disliked: One soap for body and hair. Environment friendly but honestly my hair is so dry because of that soap. There are only 2 elevators and each can fit only 2 adults with big luggages, so there is a long wait to go downstairs in the morning.

Disliked: The breakfast was somewhat mediocre. I know from other Mama Shelter locations they can do much much better. Stronlgy recommend to skip the breakfast and go to any of the amazing cafés around.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: Mama loves you and I love Mama back--this was my second time staying at Mama in Prague. Location is directly in front of the tram making it easy to get around town. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice common areas to hang out, have a drink and socialize. I loved that the rooms have windows that can be opened to let in fresh air. Luggage storage on day of departure was easy and simple.
Disliked: There are just a few "nits" but certainly not deal breakers: (i) you cannot bill drinks at the bar or food to your room number like most hotel bars, you need to either pay on the spot or add money to your "account" at the front desk--this seems weird since they already have my credit card on file; (ii) I'm ok with not getting fresh towels every day, so I always hung them up, but housekeeping just kept replacing them daily--seemed a waste; (iii) you had to pay for coffee every morning, its not expensive but just seems that most places these days usually offer at least a free cup of coffee in the morning (or a capsule machine in the room). Also, my AirPlay didn't work on the TV in the room as it was supposed to (kept getting an error page), but not a big deal to just watch a show on my iPad so I didn't make a fuss about it.
