Fun artsy stay with great...

Liked: I love the artsy, unique and creative decor of mama shelter! The food is great and if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere on the weekend the dj was really fun. The location is very close to the metro which is also accessible to the main tram station. The room was comfortable and the staff was welcoming and even let us check in a little early!
Disliked: The ac was a little low/humid and the room could’ve been cleaned a little more as I found some hairs that weren’t ours. I wish the rooftop was still there and the terrace stayed open later, but overall it was a great stay!

Liked: Everyone was lovely, the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
Disliked: It’s a shame there’s no kettle in the room.

Great location, facilities and staff.

Liked: The staff were wonderful. The room was very clean. The location was excellent, very close to the Jean Mace metro stop. While the full breakfast was expensive, one could have croissants and coffee very reasonably.
Disliked: The polyester duvets were a bit hot, and the bar shampoo wasn’t great.

Fun hotel for a stay...

Liked: Quirky hotel chain in a good location (although maybe not an obvious place to stay, lots of nice cafes and bars in the area.) Staff were very friendly and helpful.
