Liked: Nice vibe, live music in the evenings, great location for access to the city and for Eurostar, and a really great breakfast!
Disliked: No kettle in the room for when you overindulge and need a peppermint tea!

Exceptional

Liked: I arrived early was a short walk from ten Eurostar terminal & was given a room immediately. Staff were super friendly great bar, food menu was limited but what was on offer was great. Would definitely stay again if I was to re visit Lille as location was super central & as a solo travel I felt super safe

Overall a bad experience and...

Liked: It wasn't too far from the centre of Lille.
Disliked: When we arrived the parking sitution was a nightmare. Also an error with booking.com was that this hotel came up under our criteria but when we arrived we soon realised it was not for babies ans we didn't have a cot for our baby daughter.The room was dark and gringy and we spotted pubic hairs on the bathroom walls (can provide photos if needed) so we were not impressed with the cleanliness.

Liked: The location is great. The staff are helpful and friendly. The style of the hotel is cool I guess.
Disliked: No room service which is not a deal breaker but I want tea/coffee in my room and there’s not a kettle so would have preferred one or other. The bed is massive but that’s cause it’s two beds which is not great as a couple. The mattresses come apart and I don’t understand how this is meant to be comfortable. The bar has tons of local very young people which is fine but it’s a bit weird.
