Fantastic facility, poor staff.
Liked: Location, rooms and roof bar
Disliked: Staff seemed dismissive. Room not ready. Parking full despite reserving it months previous, sent me to a premium park for twice the price. Charged for a meal I didn’t eat. On check out, still tried to charge me for parking I didn’t have access to.

Pleasant
Disliked: Our AC was not working well and we were super uncomfortable the 1st night, we called and they said they were going to have colleague call back, but it was later in the evening, so maybe that’s why. The next day they did rectify the situation, however we did sleep in really uncomfortable conditions and it was super hot out those days (over 90F) so it was rough. Other than that, the hotel was nice enough and staff was very friendly.

disappointingly outdated and basic.
Liked: The Hotel is very well located, super central with local parking close.
Disliked: The room we booked was a large but only just big enough to walk around the bed. There was only one towel though the hotel knew it was a double occupancy, one glass etc. There was no water provided and when we asked at reception they said 'there was' so we would have to purchase some from the bar - the staff at reception were really unhelpful and a little rude in contrast to the helpful bar staff. For a hotel of this price I would expect water as there was no tea or coffee making facilitates in room. The bedding also felt slightly damp to the touch, if we weren't so tired we would have checked into another hotel. The room was noisy though we didn't mind as it's the vibe of the hotel. The bathroom needed care and attention though clean it had seen better days. All in all just a very basic slightly below par hotel experience, we expected more as there is a Mama shelter near our home that is a lovely place to hang out it.

Would recommend, though maybe get...
Liked: The rooms were nice and clean, and the rooftop bar was fantastic. Great location, very good value for the price. Staff was friendly and there's always someone at reception.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit pricey and disappointing.

Good location. Perfect for backpackers...
Liked: Great bar on the rooftop. Good location for walking around town. Terrible location for getting an Uber (pedestrian zone at certain times. Required 6 minute walk to get to cab)
Disliked: Room was tiny. Bed hemmed in on 3 walls. no floor space to open a case. Odd bathroom configuration, had tiny kitchen type arrangement in there which then meant bathroom was one large sink but nowhere to put anything. Shower gel contraption didn’t work and could find anyone to ask for new one. The bar requires a QR code to view the menu then order at the bar. At which point they say the menu you have scanned is for the restaurant downstairs and they don’t have that item (fries for example) then you have to return to the table to update the requirements and then go back to the bar to then be told the same thing (pizza). Just have the food that can be delivered to that table when you scan the code that is on that table
