Exceptional

Liked: Always a joy to stay at a Mama Shelter. The staff are fantastic, rooms spotless and exceptionally comfortable. I loved the rooftop terrace as well. Can't wait to stay again.

Nice atmosphere, thoughtful staff

Liked: The guy at the front desk was really nice. He even remembered me, and my room number, the next day. These little things are exceptionally important. The evening music act in the bar was incredible.
