Liked: The location is great. A very warm welcome with coffee tea and cake! A lovely walk along the back of the property to the nearest pub

Liked: breakfast was good with enough to choose from. we liked the proximity to Cleve common to the rear of the property and the views were lovely.
Disliked: Every thing was satisfactory for our two night stay
