This unique residence is a modern reworking of the Great Western Hotel built in 1844 and reputed to be the oldest surviving railway hotel in the world. Good

Liked: bed was very comfy and air conditioning was good in the warm weather
Disliked: I had to call maintenance out to fix my shower but they were very quick to respond and they fixed it

The hotel was adequate.

Liked: Large comfortable room; pleasant staff
Disliked: Bathroom was like a cave. Very dark, and no lighting around mirrors.

Location great but otherwise poor...

Liked: Location, ease of check in. Coffees and tea options in room
Disliked: Aircon in room broken, too hot to sleep. Shower seals mouldy and lifting away from tiles and screen. Shower head full of limescale, taps worn and tatty.

Clean , luxury , central...

Liked: Great stay , room got a little hot due to weather but Air-conditioning helped.
